Many of our young people are struggling to find mental health & balance in the midst of depression and anxiety. And - as all parents of children facing difficulty know - the needs often change day to day. Though many great resources exist, more are needed.
There is no fix-all formula that brings balance and healing, as each person is different and dynamic. What resonates with YOUR child may not be the same thing that brings hope to another. What DOES remain constant is your love and commitment as a parent to keep going each day no matter what - the good, the bad and the ugly.
